Everything printed on paper is done using a solid ink printer. A solid ink printer uses solid blocks (similar to crayons) of no-mess, non-toxic ink instead of toner or inkjet cartridges. The ink is instantly fused onto the paper using heat and pressure, which is why solid ink produces such great image quality on any kind of paper.
Toner and inkjet ink soak into the paper, so the image is dependent upon the type of paper used. Using solid ink, we are able to print on matte or metallic paper, smudge-free. Other printing methods are not offered at this time.
Laser engraving is light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. Light is amplified with mirrors and then directed toward the item to be engraved, and then the laser vaporizes the area and removes material from its path. The laser does not transmit color but it can change the color of the engraved item. Any color change of the item is caused by the interaction of the laser and the material being engraved.
Screen printing uses pressure from a squeegee or other mechanical device to force the ink into the fibers where it is absorbed and integrated into the fabric. This creates printed products that have very durable graphics.
Sublimation - We also offer a variety of products in which we can print personalized images, logos, and custom designs incorporating sublimation. Sublimation is a printing method that provides the best quality and is the most durable. Inks are fused into the product as opposed to sitting on the surface as in screen printing. This process gives the fabric a softer feel after printing and is very durable. Thecolor remains strong in outdoor lighting and after extensive washing.
Vinyl - adheres to your product either through a heat process or as a sticker. We have recently added vinyl decals as one of our products. We now offer shirt vinyl, removable wall vinyl and sign vinyl. Please contact us for quotes on decals as well as wall vinyl email@example.com
