Paper Order Process

Invitations

  • simply choose deposit and the process of creating your invitation begins! You only need to choose deposit one time no matter how many invitations you will be ordering 

  • Submit your order using our secure checkout. No, really, it’s that easy! Shipping will be charged and added to your final balance (the full amount paid will be applied towards your final balance) 

  • Once deposit is received we will send you a welcome email to the email address provided at checkout.  This is where the magic begins and you may select your fonts, colors, wording and ensemble pieces.  

  • We will provide a proof of your design and text within one business day of your submission of the custom details. This is your chance to review the look and feel of your chosen design.

  • You must “proof” it for errors and get back to us with your revisions or approval.

  • We will gladly revise the proof as you see fit and send you a new revised one. We will do that twice for free out of the goodness of our hearts – that’s how we roll. 

  •  If you’re still not happy after two complimentary proofs from us, we are going to have to charge you $25.00 for that third change. We have to – it’s nothing personal, it’s what it costs. 

  •  As you know, happiness comes with a price. Once you have approved of everything you will receive an invoice for final payment.   

  • Production will not begin on your item until payment is received. You can change or upgrade your shipping arrangements when making your final payment. We ship priority mail if you do not choose otherwise. 

Custom Paper Products

We will contact you regarding personalized products via email to confirm the correct wording, color, font choice, etc. Please verify your email prior to submitting your order and check your email after ordering. 

  • You will have the opportunity to review and edit proofs of your customized item. We are happy to tweak what needs to be tweaked to make you happy. 

  • We will confirm that everything’s good to go on your end and proceed to make your printing dreams come true! 

As always: feel free to call or send an email to us with your questions or concerns. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you and your wishes. 

 

Proofing – The pursuit of perfection

As soon as you place an order and submit your chosen colors and text, we begin working for you With Luv.

Once you have approved of the proofs we have sent you, we will go immediately to print. If you discover an error after you have given us your final approval – we have to charge you for the full order, mistakes and all. We would be happy to reprint your corrected order if desired, but as you might expect, you’ll have to pay all over again. Please carefully review your proofs and make sure you love them before approving them
